加味龙牡二妙汤治疗湿疹的临床疗效观察

目的观察加味龙牡二妙汤治疗湿热蕴肤型湿疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取确诊为湿热蕴肤型湿疹的患者70例,按随机方法分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。对照组应用西替利嗪加外用糖皮质激素治疗,治疗组应用加味龙牡二妙汤加外用中药洗剂治疗,疗程8周。记录两组患者治疗前后皮肤病变面积、皮损严重程度、瘙痒程度及安全性指标。结果两组患者治疗后治疗组总有效率为97.1%,对照组为82.9%,两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。两组治疗前后湿疹面积及严重度指数评分(EASI)、瘙痒程度评分(VAS)比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后两组EASI积分,VAS瘙痒程度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组未发现不良事件,对照组在服药期间有5例出现不良事件。结论加味龙牡二妙汤治疗湿疹疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床应用。

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Eczema Treated with Modified Longmu Ermiao Decoction

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Longmu Ermiao De- coction in the treatment of eczema of damp heat pattern. Methods Seventy patients of eczema of damp heat pattern were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 35 cases in each one. In the control group, Cetirizine and topical eorticosteroids were used. In the treatment group, the modified Longmu Ermiao Decoction and topical lotion of Chinese medicine were applied. The duration of treatment was 8 weeks. The skin lesion area, lesion severity, pruritus severity and safety indicator were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 97.1% in the treatment group and was 82.9% in the control group, without the significant difference in comparison after treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The differences in lesion area,severity index score（EASI） and VAS on pruritus severity were significant before and after treat- ment in the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The differences were not significant in EASI score and VAS pruritus se- verity between the two groups after treatment（P 〉 0.05 ）. The adverse events did not occurred in the treat- ment group. Five cases presented the adverse events in the control group. Conclusion The modified Longmu Ermiao decoction achieves the significant efficacy on eczema and high safety. Hence,it deserves to be used in clinical practice.
