双白术内酯对三氯化铝致痴呆模型小鼠的作用研究

摘    要:目的探讨双白术内酯抗老年性痴呆的作用机制。方法用水迷宫法检查学习、训练结果;行为学实验结束后小鼠断颈椎处死,取脑组织,匀浆,比色法测乙酰胆碱酯酶含量,观察双白术内酯对记忆障碍模型小鼠的影响。结果显示双白术内酯能有效降低三氯化铝致痴呆模型小鼠脑内胆碱酯酶活性,提高痴呆小鼠的记忆能力。结论双白术内酯可以改善三氯化铝致痴呆模型小鼠的学习记忆能力,并显著性降低脑内乙酰胆碱酶水平。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of biatractylolide on AD rats induced by AlCl3.Methods The mice's ability of memorizing was studied by the water maze method.After the death of the mice,we took off the brain,and measured the AchE content through the method of colorimetry.Results Biatractylolide could improve the memory function of the AD rats induced by AlCl3,and reduce the AchE activity in the brain.Conclusion Biatractylolide could improve the studying memory of the AD rats induced by AlCl3 and reduce ...
