颈静脉球瘤的伽玛刀治疗（附9例报告）

目的探讨伽玛刀治疗颈静脉球瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析9例颈静脉球瘤的临床资料。肿瘤体积2．8～38．6cm^3．平均13．8cm^3。均采用Leksell伽玛刀治疗，边缘剂量12～15Gy，中位数15Gy，等剂量曲线40％～55％。结果所有病人均未出现新的脑神经受损症状，临床症状基本消失1例，改善4例，无变化3例，听力症状加重1例。随访时间9～72个月，平均30.3个月。肿瘤体积缩小4例，无明显变化4例，肿瘤继续进展1例。结论伽玛刀治疗能较好地控制肿瘤生长，副作用轻微，可作为较小肿瘤或不适合手术病人的首选治疗方法，同时也是术后肿瘤残留或复发的重要治疗手段。

Gamma knife treatment for glomus jugular tumors (report of 9 cases)

Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of Gamma Knife radiosurgery for glomusjugular tumors. Methods The clinical data of 9 patients with glomus jugular tumor were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were treated by Leksell Gamma Knife. The mean volume of tumors was 13.8 cm^3 （range 2.8-38.6 cm^3）. The median marginal dose was 15 Gy （range 12-15 Gy） at the isodose line from 40% to 55%. Results No patient suffered a new cranial nerve deficit after Leksell Gamma Knife treatment. The clinical symptoms virtually disappeared in 1 case, clinically improved in 4, unchanged in 3 and hearing deteriorated and lost in 1. The follow-up period was 9-72 months （mean 30.3 months）. The tumor size decreased in 4 cases, unchanged in 4 and grew in 1. Conclusion Leksell Gamma Knife treatment can effectively control tumor growth with mild side-effects and be used to treat small glomus jugular tumors or for patients who are not suitable for craniotomy. It is also an important method for treating residual or recurrent tumors.
