肾移植受者外周血循环中pp65阳性内皮细胞的新模式

目的：为了观察感染人类巨细胞病毒（Human cytomegalovirus HCMV）的1例女性肾移植外周血中膨大内皮细胞（Cytomegalic endothelial cells,CEC)的一种新模式。方法：本研究运用了HCMV pp65抗原分析法，实时PCR技术、流式细胞分析法等系列技术。结果：发现这一围绕并粘附了许多白细胞的蛋白样物质内，含有几个pp65阳性的CEC。这种蛋白质样物质的成分和功能目前还不清楚。该患者外周血中出现CEC表明其血管有损伤，而且该患者的CD4^ 及CD8^ 淋巴细胞的百分比都超出正常范围。其血浆、外周血白细胞及尿液中的HCMV-DNA都阳性，但该患者并没有明显的HCMV病症状。结论：HCMV感染和CEC形成之间的关系需进一步研究。

A new Pattern of pp65-positive Endothelial Cells Circulating in Peripheral Blood From Renal Transplant Recipient

Objective:The present study reported a new pattern of cytomegalic endothelial cells (CEC) in peripheral blood from a female renal transplant recipient infected with human cytomegalovirus (HCMV).Methods:Series of techniques, including HCMV pp65 antigen assay, real time PCR, flow cytometry analysis were used.Results:It demonstrated that many leukocytes surrounded and adhered to a protein like material, in which there were several pp65 positive CEC detected. The component and the function of this protein like material are unknown yet;However,the presence of CEC in the peripheral blood indicated vascular damage in this case. Furthermore we found the percentages of CD4 + lymphocytes and CD8 + lymphocytes in this patient were out of normal reference range; HCMV DNAs in plasma,peripheral blood leukocytes (PBL) and urine were positive, but she has no obvious clinical HCMV disease symptoms.Conclusion:The detailed relation between HCMV infection and CEC formation needs further investigation.
