广州市黄埔区2008~2013年中小学生视力不良特征分析

目的了解广州市黄埔区中小学生视力不良特征及趋势,为制定近视防治措施提供依据。方法按随机抽样,对广州市黄埔区7所中小学校2008~2013年53 957名学生视力检测结果进行分析。结果 37 442名中小学生视力不良,视力不良检出率69.39%。小学生、初中生和高中生视力不良检出率分别为54.71%、80.67%和87.95%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),随着年份和年级增加,学生视力不良检出率显著增加(P0.05)。男生和女生视力不良检出率分别为64.78%和74.37%(P0.05),各年度及年级的女生视力不良检出率均高于男生。黄埔区中小学生"轻中度"视力不良比例为49.75%,随着年级增加,"轻中度"视力不良比例降低,"重度"视力不良比例升高。结论黄埔区中小学生视力不良问题严峻,近视防治工作应从小学生抓起,采取综合措施改善学生视力健康。

Analysis of poor sight of students and pupils in primary and middle schools in Huangpu District of Guangzhou from 2008 to 2013

Objective To investigate the incidence of poor sight of students and pupils in primary and middle schoolstudents in Huangpu District of Guangzhou City. Methods By random sampling,the sight of 53 957 students was examinedand analyzed in the 7 primary and middle schools in Huangpu District of Guangzhou City from 2008 to 2013. Results Theresults showed the sight of 37 442 students and pupils was poor with the detection rate of 69.39% being 54.71%,80.67% and87.95% for pupils junior school and high school students showing significant difference（P〈0.05）.With the increase of the yearand grade, the detection rate of poor sight was increased significantly（P〈0.05）.The poor sight rates were 64.78% and 74.37%for boys and girls,（P〈0.05）. In each of the years or grades, the poor vision detection rate of the girls was higher than the boys.The proportion of light and moderate poor sight rate of pupils and students was 49.75%. Conclusion The incidence of poorsight of pupils and students in primary and middle schools in Huangpu District is high and comprehensive measures should betaken to prevent myopia and to improve eyesight of the pupils and students.
