运用护理路径对单纯性结核性胸膜炎患者实施整体护理的效果

目的 探究并分析运用临床护理路径对单纯性结核性胸膜炎患者实施整体护理的临床效果及可行性。方法选取2011年1月~2013年1月浙江省宁波市第二医院收治的单纯性结核性胸膜炎患者100例,将其作为研究对象。其中2011年1月~2012年1月收治的50例患者给予常规护理,作为对照组;2012年2月~2013年1月收治的50例患者采取临床护理路径进行整体护理,作为观察组。观察并比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者住院时间、住院费用为（12.5±2.5）d、（4818.6±248.5）元,均明显少于对照组[（22.1±2.9）d、（7711.5±345.7）元];两组患者的健康知识评分均有所提高,且观察组护理后健康知识评分为（28.4±1.3）分,明显高于对照组[（23.8±1.1）分];观察组患者护理后知识掌握优良率、患者满意度分别为94.0%、100.0%,均明显高于对照组（74.0%、76.0%）,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论 运用护理路径实施整体护理在单纯性结核性胸膜炎患者中是可行的,不仅提高了护理服务质量,且患者满意度高,医疗费用及住院天数均明显降低,值得在临床上广泛应用。

Effect of nursing path of holistic nursing care for patients with simple tu-berculous pleurisy

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect and the feasibility of application of clinical nursing path- way of holistic nursing care on the simple tuberculous pleurisy patients. Methods 100 cases of patients with simple tu- berculous pleuris from January 2011 to January 2013 in the Second Hospital of Ningbo City were selected, 50 patients hospitalized between January 2011 and January 2012 as control group were given the routine nursing care; among them, 50 cases of patients from February 2012 to January 2013 were given the clinical nursing path of holistic nursing, which was the observation group. Nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After health care, the patients＂ hospital stay, average hospital cost were （12.5±2.5） d, （4818.6±248.5） yuan in the observation group, which were signifi- cantly less than those in the control group [（22.1±2.9） d, （7711.5±345.7） yuan]; health knowledge scores in two groups of patients were improved, and the care knowledge score in observation group after health was （28.4±1.3） points, which was significantly higher than that in the control group [（23.8±1.1） points]; knowledge to grasp good rate, patient satisfac- tion in the observation group after nursing were 94.0%, 100.0%, which were higher than those in the control group （74.0%, 76.0%）. There were all statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The nursing path to the implementation of holistic nursing in simple tuberculous pleurisy is feasible, and it can not only improve the quality of nursing service, but also with high patients＇satisfaction, besides, the medical costs and hospital stay has sig- nificantly reduced, therefore worth using widely in clinic.
