布拉氏酵母菌在抗生素相关性腹泻中的疗效与安全性

摘    要:目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌治疗婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻的临床疗效与安全性。方法选择成都市第六人民医院儿科2010年5月至2013年6月收治的抗生素相关性腹泻患儿120例,随机分为两组,治疗组60例,对照组60例,两组在性别、年龄、应用抗生素种类及时间上差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组予以补液、蒙脱石散等常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用布拉氏酵母菌口服治疗,对照组加用消旋卡多曲口服治疗,7d为1疗程,1个疗程结束后观察两组患儿每日的大便次数几腹泻持续时间,不良反应等指标。结果对照组有效率76.67%(48/60),治疗组有效率100.00%(60/60)(P0.01)。治疗组患儿在治疗第3d、第5d、第7d大便次数较对照组显著减少(P0.05),腹泻平均持续时间治疗组为(4.12±1.73)d,对照组为(6.88±1.86)d,治疗组短于对照组差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。且治疗前后治疗组患儿血、尿常规及肝肾功能检查未发现明显变化,无明显不良反应及过敏反应。结论口服布拉氏酵母菌治疗抗生素相关性腹泻临床疗效显著,能有效控制病情,且无明显不良反应,安全性高,值得临床上推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect and safeness of Saccharomyces boulardii on antibiotic associated diarrhea ininfants. Methods The 120 infants with antibiotic associated diarrhea from Chengdu Municiple Sixth People's Hospital inMay 2010 to June2013 were randomly divided into treatment group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases). No statisticallysignificant difference in gender, age, antibiotics types and medication time between two groups was found(P〈0.05). Base onthe traditional therapy with rehydration and montmorillonite powder, oral solution of Saccharomyces boulardii were given in thetreatment group and oral solution of racecadotril in the control group, After a 7-day-course treatment, defecate frequency,duration of diarrhoea and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results Effective rate in the control groupwas 76.67%(48/60), meanwhile effective rate in the treatment group was 100.00%(60/60)(P〈0.01). Defecate frequency on 3rd day, 5thday, 7thday in the treatment group significantly reduced compared with control group(P〈0.05), the average duration ofdiarrhea in the treatment group(4.12 ± 1.73 days) was significantly less than those in the control group(6.88 ± 1.86 days)(P〈0.05). No significant change were found in the examination of blood routine,routine urine, hepatic and renal functions as wellas obvious adverse reaction and allergic reactions in the treatment group before and after the treatment. Conclusion Oralliquid of Saccharomyces boulardii can control antibiotic associated diarrhea effectively with no obvious side effect and highsafety, worthy for clinical application.
