石家庄市三类艾滋病高危人群规模估计方法与结果

摘    要:目的:了解石家庄市艾滋病高危人群规模,为艾滋病疫情估计提供依据。方法采用普查法估计暗娼人群规模,采用乘数法估计吸毒/注射吸毒人群规模,采用捕获-再捕获法调查估计男男性行为人群规模。结果石家庄市暗娼规模估计数量为6369人;吸毒人群规模估计5598人,其中,注射吸毒人群规模估计933人;男男性行为人群规模估计11878人。结论三类人群所占人口比例均较低,但规模估计结果均超过了日常掌握的情况,今后应进一步落实完善宣传、干预、监测等综合措施。

Abstract:Objective To estimate the size of AIDS high-risk populations in Shijiazhuang City, so as to provide evi-dence for AIDS epidemic situation. Methods The census method, the multiplier method and the capture-recapture method were applied for size estimation of commercial sex workers (CSWs), drug/injection drug users (IDUs), and men sex with men (MSM), respectively. Results The estimated number was respectively 6369 and 11878 among population of CSWs and MSM in Shijiazhuang. The estimated number was 5598 in population of drug users, including 933 IDUs. Conclusion Three types of population proportion are lower. However, the results of size estimation are higher than the re-ality. In the future, should further implement the comprehensive measures such as propaganda, intervention and monitoring.
