| 摘 要： | 目的鉴定并分析A3亚型血型的血清学特点,为临床安全输血提供保障。方法采用试管法对住院患者进行常规血型检测,对正反不一致的血型进一步结合血清学吸收放散试验等综合鉴定。结果经试管法检出1例ABO正反定型不一致的患者血型,结合红细胞吸收放散试验最终判断为A3亚型血型。结论正确鉴定血型亚型是保证临床安全输血的重要前提。

| Abstract: | Objective To identify and analyze the serological features of a case of subtype A3 blood group for providingprotection of clinical blood transfusion safety. Methods Tube test was used to detect routine blood groups of the inpatients,further integrating serological absorption and elution test to comprehensively identify the blood groups. Results One patientwith ABO blood group of inconsistent positive and negative stereotypes was detected by tube test and the patient was finallydifferentiated as subtype A3 blood group by red blood cell absorption and elution test. Conclusion T correct identification ofsubtype blood group is an prerequisite practice for safety of clinical blood transfusion to. |
