公立医院官方微博现状分析及建议

为了解目前国内公立医院官方微博现状,提出加强医院官方微博管理的建议。本文根据新浪微博数据,对公立医院官方微博相关数据进行统计分析。结果显示,排名前30位的医院均为三级甲等医院,且均位于省会大型城市,其中,教学医院占2/3,专科医院占1/3;北京地区的医院官方微博运营最好;医院微博内容主要集中在信息公告、评论转发、医患互动、危机公关、科普知识等。提示微博已成为大型医院对外沟通的重要工具。在医院官方微博管理中,应建立微博矩阵、精心选择内容、加强危机管理、避免微博问诊。

Analysis of public hospital official microblog

In order to study the present situation of public hospital official microblog and put forward some suggestions. According to the data from Sina microblog, this article statistically analyzes the public hospital official microblog relevant data. The results show that all of the top 30 public hospital are Grade Ⅲ-A Hospitals and located in the capital of big cities. Among them, 2/3 are teaching hospitals, 1/3 are special hospitals. In the Beijing area hospital official microblog operation is the best. Hospital microblog contents information bulletin, comments forwarded, brand maintenance, scientific knowledge propagation and so on. All this prompts that microblog has become the important tool for large hospital external communication. In the management of hospital official microblog, should establish microblog matrix, carefully select content, strength crisis management and avoid microblog interrogation.
