775例40岁及以上中老年人HIV抗体阳性样本特征分析

目的了解贵港市某县40岁及以上HIV抗体阳性样本的基本特征,为今后开展对此类人群的艾滋病防治措施提供科学依据。方法分析贵港市某县全人群筛查HIV后,40岁及以上中老年人HIV抗体阳性样本的流行病学资料,并进行统计分析。结果40岁及以上人群HIV感染人数为775例,感染率为3.31‰(775/233 813),全人群感染率为1.81‰(1 015/560 841),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);年龄最大94岁,以男性为主占74.58%;初中及以下文化程度占95.48%,已婚有配偶占79.23%,97.94%为常住人口,农民占88.52%;95.10%通过异性传播;60~岁及以上年龄段人群HIV感染率明显高于其他年龄组。结论40岁及以上中老年人已成为贵港市艾滋病的高危人群,应加强对此类人群的行为干预。

Epidemic characteristics of 775 blood samples of HIV-positive people aged 40 and above

Objective To understand characteristics of blood samples of HIV-positive people aged 40 and above in Guigang City.Methods Based on HIV antibody screening in Guigang City,the epidemiolagical data blood samples of HIV-positive people aged 40 and above were statistically analyzed. Results The positive rate of people aged 40 year or above was 3.31%（775/233 813）,significandy higher than that of 1.18%（1 015/560 814）in the whole population（P〈0.05））, The oldestone was 94 years old, male cases occupied 74.58%,aducation levels of 95.48% cases was junior middle schoolor below, 79.23% of them were married,locals accounted for 97.94% ,88.52% of them were farmers and heterosexual tranmission accounted 95.10%.Tbe infection rate of HIV in the age groups over 60 years was significantly higher than other age groups. Conclusion The population aged 40 and above was a high-risk group of AIDS in Guigang City, thus behavior intervention be strengthened among the population aged 40 and above.
