湖北省部分县市媒介按蚊对杀虫剂抗药性监测与分析

摘    要:目的了解媒介按蚊对杀虫剂抗性程度,为合理使用杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法 2007年和2012年对湖北省江陵等部分县市媒介按蚊的抗药性进行了监测,采用WHO成蚊滤纸接触法,以区分剂量死亡率判定抗性级别,以开始击倒时间和击倒率评估Kdr抗性,以半数致死量确定抗性水平。结果 9个监测点媒介按蚊首只蚊虫被击倒的时间为5~30 min,击倒率为1.00%~48.94%,表明其抗击倒力较强。区分剂量校正死亡率均小于80%,为抗性群体。京山县、安陆市、孝昌县和仙桃市媒介按蚊对溴氰菊酯KT50分别为227.78、138.41、263.41和6 234.72 min,比1996年提高了20~631倍。京山县媒介按蚊对0.05%溴氰菊酯LT50为684.12 min,比1998年提高了306倍。结论媒介按蚊对溴氰菊酯均已产生抗性,且抗击倒力较强,抗性程度较高,应加强监测。

Surveillance of susceptibility of Anopheles sinensis to insecticide in some counties of Hubei province

Abstract:Objective To understand the resistance of Anopheles sinensis to pesticides and provide a scientific basis for reasonable using of insecticide. Methods The drug resistance of vector anopheline mosquitoes in some conties(cities) in Jiangling of Hubei Province was monitored in 2007 and 2012.The resistant levels of Anopheles sinensis to insecticides were determined based on WHO recommended filter paper contact method. The Kdr resistance was determined by calculating the knockdown time and knockdown rate of the first Anopheles sinensis. With WHO standardized methods, to determine The resistance levels were confirmed by LD50. Results The knockdown time of the first Anopheles sinensis to dehamethrin were between 5 rain and 30 rain and the knockdown rate of Anopheles sinensis to deltamethrin were from 1.00% to 48.94% at 9 surveillance sites, implying strong knock down resistance. The adjusted mortality for tentative diagnostic dose all were less than 80% in anophele sinensis to deltamethrin, implying that the group was highly resistant population. The KT50 values were 227.78, 138.41,263.41 and 6234.72 rain respectively in counties/cities of Jingshan, Anlu, Xiaoehang and Xiantao, which were from 20--631 times higher than that of investigation in1996. The LT50 value was 684.12 min in Jingshan, which was 306 times higher than that surveyed in 1998. Conclusion Anopheles sinensis has developed strong resistance to deltamethrin in Jianghan Plain. Therefore the surveillance of resistance of anophiline mosquitoes be strengthened.
