丹参总酚酸、山楂总黄酮组分配伍对高脂血症大鼠血脂、超氧化物歧化酶及丙二醛的影响

摘    要:目的探讨丹参总酚酸、山楂总黄酮组分配伍对高脂血症大鼠血脂、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛的影响。方法采用基线等比增减设计法重组丹参总酚酸、山楂总黄酮配伍,80只SD大鼠随机分为8组,每组10只,雌雄各半。正常组予以普通饲料喂养,丹参、山楂配伍A、B、C、D、E组和立普妥(降脂阳性对照组)组均给予高脂饲料(35 g/d)。丹参、山楂配伍A、B、C、D、E组分别剂量灌胃给予丹参总酚酸(mg/kg)∶山楂总黄酮(mg/kg)=120∶0、90∶30、60∶60、30∶90、0∶120,立普妥组按2.2 mg/kg灌胃给药,正常组和模型组均给予等体积生理盐水。连续给药至第30天,检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及MDA、SOD活性,并计算动脉粥样硬化指数(TC/HDL-C)。结果造模后模型组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平、TC/HDL-C、MDA水平升高,HDL-C、SOD水平降低,与正常组相比差异均有高度统计学意义(均P〈0.01),模型复制成功。丹参酚酸和山楂黄酮按不同比例配伍后均可明显降低TC、TG、LDL-C、TC/HDL-C、MDA水平,提高HDL-C、SOD水平。其中C、D组降脂、抗氧化活性优于其他组,与模型组相比,差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论丹参总酚酸、山楂总黄酮配伍可增强降脂和抗氧化效应,具有协同增效作用。

Study on serum lipid level,content of SOD and MDA of Salvia miltiorrhizae total Salvianolic acid and hawthorn flavonoids compatibility in hyperlipidemia rats

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect on hyperlipidemia rats of blood lipid, SOD, MDA with Radix Salvia miltiorrhizae total Salvianolic acid and hawthorn flavonoids. Methods The ratio between Salvia miltiorrhizae total Salvianolic acid and hawthorn flavonoids was recombined with increase-decrease baseline geometric proportion design method. 80 SD rats were randomly divided into eight groups, each group of 10 with only male and female half and half. Normal group was given ordinary feed, salvia miltiorrhiza, hawthorn compatibility A, B, C, D, E group and lipitor(lipid-lowering positive control group) were given high-fat feed(35 g/d). Salvia miltiorrhiza, hawthorn compatibility A, B, C, D, E group were given Salvia miltiorrhizae total Salvianolic acid(mg/kg) : hawthorn flavonoids(mg/kg) = 120∶0, 30∶90, 30∶60,60∶90, 0∶120, the lipitor group was 2.2 mg/kg to fill the stomach, the normal group and model group were given normal saline volume. Dosing to 30 days in a row, serum total cholesterol(TC), three acyl glycerin(TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and MDA, SOD activity were detected, and the index of atherosclerosis(TC/HDL-C) was calculated. Results Compared with normal group, the blood lipid parameters and SOD, MDA level of model group were significantly different(P〈0.01), TC, TG, LDL-C, TC/HDL-C and MDA content increased, HDL-C and SOD levels decreased.The hyperlipidemic rat model was successfully replicated. Compared with the hyperlipidemic model group, all herb groups could significantly decrease the levels of serum TC, TG, LDL-C, TC/HDL-C and MDA and remarkably increase the concentration of serum HDL-C and the activity of SOD in the hyperlipemia rats. Compared with hyperlipemia model group, the lipid-lowering and antioxidant activity in C and D group was better(P〈0.01). Conclusion The Salvia miltiorrhizae total Salvianolic acid and hawthorn flavonoids have the potent hypolipidemic and antioxidant act
