楚雄市2013年鼠疫监测结果分析

目的分析楚雄市2013年鼠疫监测资料,为制定鼠疫防控措施提供客观依据。方法监测方法按《云南省鼠疫防治方案》进行,对楚雄市2013年鼠疫监测数据进行统计、分析。结果楚雄市全年共布鼠笼11 954笼夜,宿主动物监测有1目1科2属,总捕鼠数357只,年平均捕获率为2.99%,黄胸鼠密度为0.33%,褐家鼠为优势鼠种,黄胸鼠次之;蚤类有4种,缓慢细蚤为优势蚤种,鼠体检蚤,鼠体染蚤率为9.24%,总蚤指数为0.45,印鼠客蚤指数为0.16;黄胸鼠染蚤率为7.50%,黄胸鼠印鼠客蚤指数0.05;病原学和血清学均未发现阳性材料。结论楚雄市鼠疫处于"静息期",无鼠疫发生迹象。

Results of surveillance of plague in Chuxiong city in 2013

Objective To analyze the monitoring data of plague in Chuxiong city in 2013. Methods The surveillance data of plague in Chuxiong city in 2013It were collected and analyzed according to＂Yunnan plague prevention and control scheme＂. Results Totally 11 954 rat cages per night were put in Chuxiong city in 2013.Two genera in 1 family of 1 order of the host animals were identified. Totally 357 rats were captured and the average annual capture rate was 2.99%. The density of Rattus flavipectus was 0.33%.Rattus norvegicus was the dominant species, flowed by Rattus flavipectus;There were 4 species fleas, Leptopsylla segnis was the dominant species. The flea-carrying rate of rats was 9.24%, and the total flea index was 0.45, the index for Xenopsylla cheopis was 0.16;The flea-carrying rate of Rattus flavipectus was 7.5%, the index for Xenopsylla cheopis of Rattus flavipectus is 0.05;No positive results were obtained by etiology and serology. Conclusion The plague in Chuxiong city is in a ＂resting period＂ and there is no sign of occurrence of plague.
