| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸水平与2型糖尿病(DM)患者发生视网膜病变的关系。方法选取2型DM并发视网膜病变患者25例和单纯2型DM患者43例(无任何并发症)为观察组,另选择36例门诊健康体检者作为正常对照组。检测所有受检对象的血中同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C),并对结果进行分析。结果 2型DM合并视网膜病变患者血清Hcy浓度为(15.45±8.64)μmol/L,明显高于正常对照组(8.56±1.43)μmol/L和无并发症组(9.43±2.18)μmol/L(P均0.01)。结论同型半胱氨酸水平升高可能是2型DM患者视网膜病变发生发展的一个重要相关因素。检测2型DM患者血清同型半胱氨酸浓度,对于糖尿病视网膜病变的诊疗具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of homocysteine and retinopathy in patients withtype 2 diabetes. Methods Twenty five patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy were selected as DR group, 43 patients withtype 2 diabetic as T2DM group（without any complication）, 36 normal people as control group. The level of Hcy, glucose andHbA1C of all the samples had been tested and compared. Results Level of Hcy in DR group（15.45 ± 8.64）μmol/L wassignificantly higher than control group（8.56 ± 1.43）μmol/L（P〈0.01） and the group without any complication（9.43 ± 2.18）μmol/L（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Increasing level of Hcy in serum may be a significant factor of the development of retinopathyin patients with type 2 diabetes. Detection of Hcy level can help us know the condition of T2DM patients with retinopathy. |
