广东省结核病实验室网络能力建设现状分析

目的了解分析广东省各级结核病网络实验室能力现状,为下一步开展全省结核病实验室网络建设提供决策依据。方法向省级、地市级和县级结核病实验室发放实验室信息调查表,内容包括实验室设备、人力资源、开展项目和质量、科研工作等,回收后对调查表进行审核和统计分析。结果省级结核病实验室承担全省参比实验室工作及具备较强科研实力,地市级实验室主要开展结核分枝杆菌分离培养(81.0%)、药敏试验(81.0%)和分子生物学检查(47.6%),县(区)级实验室主要开展痰涂片(100%)和结核分枝杆菌分离培养(40.4%)。人力资源方面,全省各级结核病实验室共有工作人员407人,其中大专及以上学历占70.5%,初级和中级职称分别为76.9%、18.4%,医学检验专业占90.9%。目前全省结核病实验室均配备了Ⅱ级生物安全柜,90%的实验室装备了恒温培养箱、漩涡振荡器等开展培养和药敏试验必需的设备。结论应继续加大对结核病实验室资金投入和技术培训力度,进一步加强实验室能力建设,使其尽快达到"十二五"结核病防治规划要求。

Analysis of capacity building of tuberculosis laboratory network in Guangdong province

Objective To explore the capacity of tuberculosis（TB） laboratory（lab） in Guangdong province. Methods Questionnaires survey of TB lab information including equipments, human resources, research capacity and scientific researchetc. was conducted at provincial, prefecture, and county levels. The data were analyzed. Results Provincial TB lab served asthe reference lab around the province and possessed a strong ability in scientific research. While only part of prefecture labscould do drug susceptibility test（81.0%）and molecular biological experiment（47.6%）. 100% of county labs conducted sputumsmear examination, and only 40.4% them did culture of Mycobacteria tuberculosis. There were total 407 TB technicians atseveral levels, 70.5% of them had college and above educational background, 90.9% of them majored in medical examination,76.9% with junior professional title and 18.4% with middle professional title. All of the labs were equipped with biosafetycabinet and 90% of them equipped with thermostatic incubators, vortex oscillators and other basic facilities. Conclusion Itis necessary to further strengthen the capacity building of TB labs, especially increase the investment and technical training tomeet the target of TB control program.
