自拟一草二白三虫汤治疗面肌痉挛22例的效果

目的观察一草二白三虫汤加减治疗面肌痉挛的效果。方法将北京市石景山医院中医科2012年9月~2013年9月收治的风痰阻络型原发性面肌痉挛患者22例纳入临床观察,将所有患者分为治疗组（12例）和对照组（10例）。治疗组患者给予一草二白三虫汤（由甘草、白附子、白芍、僵蚕、蝉衣、全蝎等组成）加减,对照组患者给予卡马西平治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗组治愈率（66.67%）及总有效率（91.67%）明显高于对照组（40.00%、60.00%）,差异均有高度统计学意义（均P〈0.01）。结论一草二白三虫汤治疗面肌痉挛效果确切,具有祛风化痰、通络止痛止痉的功效,可缩短疗程,减少患者痛苦,且不易复发,可以作为临床上面肌痉挛的首选治疗方法,值得临床推广。

Self-made Yicao Erbai Sanchong Soup in the treatment of 22 cases with hemifacial spasm

Objective To observe the effect of modified treatment of Yicao Erbai Sanchong Soup in hemifacial spasm. Methods 22 cases of patients with type of wind-phlegm obstructing the merdian of primary hemifacial spasm inclusion criteria admitted to Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing Shijingshan Hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 were enrolled into clinical observation. All patients were divided into treatment group （12 cases） and control group （10 cases）. The patients of treatment group were given Yicao Erbai Sanchong Soup （made by the licorice, rhizoma typhonii, radix paeoniae alba, stiff silkworm, periostracum cicada, scorpio, etc.）, the patients of control group were given Carbamazepine therapy. The clinical outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate and total effective rate of treatment group （66.67%, 91.67%） were all significantly higher than those of control group （40.00%, 60.00%）, the differences were all statistically significant （allP〈 0.01）. Conclusion Yicao Erbai Sanchong Soup in the treatment of hemifacial spasm has a definite efficacy, which has effects of eliminating wind and resolving phlegm, activating meridians to stop pain, anti-spasm, which can shorten the course of treatment, reduce pain of pa-tients, which is difficult to recur, it is can be used as a first choice treatment of hemifacial spasm in clinic and it is worthy of promotion.
