益气活血、化痰开窍中药配合功能训练治疗脑梗死患者吞咽障碍的临床观察

目的观察益气活血、化痰开窍中药配合功能训练治疗脑梗死患者吞咽障碍的临床效果。方法将广州市中西医结合医院2012年3月～2013年10月收治的86例急性脑梗死相关吞咽功能障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予常规西医基础治疗及吞咽、进食功能训练,治疗组在此基础上加用益气活血、化痰开窍中药汤剂,通过评定患者洼田饮水试验比较两组吞咽障碍的改善程度。结果治疗后两组洼田饮水试验评分比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组总疗效比较,治疗后治疗组总有效率为97.7%,对照组总有效率为83.7%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论益气活血、化痰开窍中药配合吞咽功能训练对脑梗死相关吞咽障碍的临床疗效优于单纯功能训练,提示益气活血、化痰开窍中药对脑梗死相关吞咽障碍的恢复具有一定的促进作用,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of supplementing qi and activating blood,eliminating phlegm for resuscitation of traditional Chinese medicine with clinical and functional training for cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia

Objective To observe the effects of supplementing qi and activating blood, eliminating phlegm for resuscitation of traditional Chinese medicine with clinical and functional training for cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia. Methods 86 cases of cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia admitted to Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine from March 2012 to October 2013 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Based on routine treatment, the treatment group was given decoction which has supplementing qi and activating blood, eliminating phlegm for resuscitation effects, while the control group was given western medicine foundation treatment, eating and swallowing function training. The two groups were assessed by watian drinking water test.Results Comparing the score of watian drinking water test between the two groups, there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.7%, which of the control group was 83.7%, there was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Supplementing qi and activating blood, eliminating phlegm for resuscitation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with swallowing function training on dysphagia in cerebral infarction clinical curative effect is better than pure functional training, recovery prompt supplementing qi and activating blood, eliminating phlegm for resuscitation of traditional Chinese medicine on cerebral infarction related dysphagia has certain promoting effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
