摘 要: | 目的探究儿科护士工作压力与性格特征对其主观幸福感的影响,并为医院人力资源管理的优化策略制订提供依据。方法以广东省惠州市二级以上医院儿科为样本点,采取整群随机抽样方法,选取15家综合医院及2家妇幼保健院的252名儿科注册护士进行调查评估。所有护士均接受以中国护士工作压力量表、Campbell幸福感量表和A型行为类型问卷调查。记录数据并做好分析。结果三级医院儿科护士总主观幸福感评分为(8.3±1.2)分,高于二级医院[(7.1±1.1)分],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。三级医院工作压力总分为(87.0±7.3)分,低于二级医院[(103.2±6.7)分],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。A型儿科护士主观幸福感总分为(7.9±1.4)分,低于B型[(9.2±2.3)分],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。A型护士工作压力总分为(109.2±9.7)分,高于B型[(99.2±8.4)分],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。儿科护士工作压力总分与主观幸福感总分呈负相关(r=-0.19,P〈0.05),与时间匆忙感、争强好胜及敌意、A型行为类型总分呈正相关(r=0.34、0.30、0.39,P〈0.05)。结论三级医院儿科护士的工作压力低于二级医院.主观幸福感高于二级医院,而A型行为性格特征易会降低主观幸福感,医院管理者需给予这类群体足够的关心和重视。

Abstract: | Objective To explore the impact of job stress and personality characteristics of pediatric nurses on the subjective well-being, and to provide basis for the optimization of human resource management in the hospital setting. Methods Two pediatric hospitals in Huizhou City as a sample, cluster random sampling method was used, 252 pedi- atric registered nurses from 15 general hospitals and 2 maternal and child health hospital were investigated and evalu- ated. All nurses were received by the working pressure Chinese nurse scale, Campbell well-being scale and type A be- havior questionnaire, data was recorded and analyzed. Results The pediatric nurses of three hospitals in total SWB score was (8.3±1.2) scores, which was higher than that of grade two hospitals [(7.1±1.l) scores], the difference was sta- tistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Three level hospital work pressure scale was (87.0±7.3) scores, which was lower than the two hospital [(103.2±6.7) scores], the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). A pediatric nurses subjective well-being scores was (7.9±1.4) scores, which'was lower than that of B [(9.2±2.3) scores], the difference was statistical- ly significant (P 〈 0.05). Working pressure of A nurses score was (109.2±9.7) scores, which was higher than that of B genotype [(99.2±8.4) scores], the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Department of pediatrics nurse work- ing pressure and the scores of subjective well-being was negatively correlated with total score (r = -0.19, P 〈 0.05), which was positively related with hurry feeling, seek to prevail over others and hostile, A criminal behavior type score (r = 0.34, 0.30, 0.39, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Three grade hospital pediatric nurses work pressure is lower than the two level of hospital, subjective well-being is higher than the two level of hospital, and type A behavior character easy will reduce the subjective well-being, hospital managers should be given |
