| 摘 要： | 凝集素（CLU）在肿瘤的发生和进展过程中起重要的抗肿瘤细胞坏死和抗凋亡作用,肿瘤细胞中不同亚型的CLU表达水平与肿瘤细胞的侵袭能力相关,肿瘤的发生发展与分泌型CLU（sCLU）过表达和核型CLU（nCLU）缺失有关。它们在肿瘤组织中都有异常的表达,可作为多种恶性肿瘤和癌前病变的早期检测标志物,也可作为肿瘤预后评价的参考指标。本文将CLU与肿瘤关系的研究做一综述。

| Abstract: | Clusterin （CLU） plays important role in anti-tumor necrosis and anti-apoptosis in the process of tumor oc- currence and progress. Different subtypes of CLU expression levels in cancer cells are correlated with the invasion a- bility of tumor cells. The occurrence and development of tumor are correlated with the sCLU overexpression and nCLU deficiency. They have abnormal expression in tumor tissue, can be used as early detection markers of a variety of ma- lignant tumor and precancerous lesions, also can be used as the reference indexes for evaluation of prognosis of tumor. This paper summarizes the relationship between CLU and cancer. |
