多药联合治疗小儿活动性胃溃疡的效果观察

目的：观察多药联合治疗小儿活动性胃溃疡（GU）的效果及对幽门螺杆菌（Hp）根除率的影响。方法选取徐州市儿童医院2012年8月~2013年8月收治的活动性GU患儿104例，随机分为观察组及对照组，每组各52例。对照组给予三联疗法方式治疗，观察组在对照组基础上，联合给予益生菌治疗。对比两组患儿治疗效果、Hp根除情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，观察组Hp根除率显著高于对照组，恶心呕吐及腹胀不良反应发生率显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论多药联合治疗小儿活动性GU，可有效提高治疗效果，提升Hp根除率，并降低不良反应发生率。

Effect observation of multi-drug combination therapy children with ac-tive gastric ulcer

Objective To observe the effect of multi-drug combination therapy treating for children with active gastric ulcer （GU） and influence of the Hp eradication rate. Methods 104 cases of children with active gastric ulcer in Chil-dren＇s Hospital of Xuzhou City from August 2012 to August 2013 were selected, and randomly divided into the obser-vation group and the control group, with 52 cases in each group. The control group was given triple therapy methods, while the observation group was given combined administration of probiotic therapy based on it. The therapeutic effects of treatment, Hp eradication and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and the Hp eradication rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and inci-dences of adverse reactions of nausea, vomiting and abdominal distension of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, all the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The mul-ti-drug combination therapy in the treatment of children with GU can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, en-hance Hp eradication rate, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
