脑梗死患者静息心率水平与超敏C反应蛋白及Essen卒中危险评分的关系

摘    要:目的探讨脑脑梗死患者静息心率的水平与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及Essen卒中危险评分的关系。方法选择2013年3月~2014年3月南京市六合区中医院内科的脑梗死患者101例,其中初次或已经发生脑梗死患者再次经头颅CT和(或)MRI证实有新的梗死灶的急性期组58例,发生过脑梗死患者再次因头昏、肢体乏力及定期"保健"输液,经头颅CT和(或)MRI证实无新发脑梗死病灶的后遗症期组43例。进行血浆hs-CRP、静息心率水平和Essen卒中危险评分的测定,比较两组的静息心率水平与hs-CRP水平及Essen卒中危险评分的关系。结果 1急性期组脑梗死患者静息心率与hs-CRP水平呈正相关(r=0.284,P〈0.05);静息心率水平与Essen评分无相关性(P〉0.05)。2后遗症期组脑梗死患者的静息心率水平与hs-CRP及Essen评分均无相关性(P〉0.05)。3两组患者年龄、性别、高血压患病率、糖尿病患病率、吸烟率、静息心率、hs-CRP、纤维蛋白原、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、体重指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、Essen评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论脑梗死患者ESSEN卒中危险评分与hs-CRP水平均能反映患者的危险程度,但静息心率水平同急性期脑梗死患者Hs-CRP水平有良好相关性。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship among the level of resting heart rate, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and Essen stroke risk score among patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 101 patients with cerebral infarction admitted by Chinese Medicine Hospital of Liuhe District of Nanjing City from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected. 58 patients with cerebral infarction under acute condition for the first time and had developed new infarction lesions confirmed by CT and (or) MRI were as the acute phase group; 43 patients who have had cerebral infarction were confirmed by brain CT and (or) MRI that no new cerebral lesion had occurred after sequelas like cerebral infarction dizziness and limb weakness or periodic "health" infusion were as the sequelae stage group. The high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, resting heart rate and Essen stroke risk score of two groups were detected, and the resting heart rate, the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and Essen stroke risk score between the two groups were compared. Results (1)Among patients with acute cerebral infarction, the resting heart rate and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels are positively correlated (r = 0.284, P 〈 0.05); the resting heart rate levels and Essen score showed no correlation (P 〉 0.05). (2)Among patients with cerebral infarction sequelas, the resting heart rate levels, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and Essen scoreed show no correlation (P 〉 0.05). (3)The age, gender, prevalence of hypertension, diabetes prevalence, smoking rates, resting heart rate, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, fibrinogen, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol or body mass index were not statistically significant among the two groups (P 〉 0.05); yet the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and Essen scores were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).
