海口市不同性质幼儿园儿童体检结果分析

目的了解海口市城区公立和私立幼儿园儿童体格发育和龋齿的发病情况。方法对2012~2013年海口市城区20所幼儿园共17 286名儿童体检结果进行分析。结果2012年海口市城区公立和私立幼儿园儿童营养不良检出率、肥胖检出率、生长迟缓率、低体重率、消瘦率分别为3.7%和4.3%、5.5%和5.7%、2.0%和2.9%、1.9%和2.1%、0.8%和0.8%,2013年分别为7.2%和5.4%、6.1%和6.2%、3.6%和3.3%、5.2%和3.0%、2.4%和1.4%,两年比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。龋齿发生率2012年为24.86%,与2013年的28.49%比较,差别有统计学意义(χ2=28.971,P=0.000)。结论海口市公立和私立幼儿园儿童营养不良检出率较高,应加强对幼儿园儿童的膳食管理,定期进行膳食分析,保证幼儿园儿童饮食均衡,同时要把龋齿的防治列为幼儿园的主要健康教育指导内容之一,降低营养不良和龋齿的发生率,提高儿童的健康水平。

Health check-up results of children in public and private kindergartens in Haikou City

Objective To understand physical development and dental decay of the children in the public and private kindergartens in Haikou City. Methods Health check-up data of 17 286 children in 20 kindergartens in Haikou City from 2012 to 2013 were collected and analyzed. Results The malnutrition rates, obesity rate, growth retardation rate, low weight rate and pcdatrophia rate in public kindergartens in 2012 were 3.7% ,5.5%, 2.0%, 1.9% and 0.8%, receptively, meanwhile 4.3%, 5.7%, 2.9%, 2.1% and 0.8% in private kindergarten in 2012; those in public kindergartens in 2013 were 7.2%, 6.1%, 3.6%, 5.2% and 2.4% , respectively, but 5.4%, 6.2%, 3.3% , 3.0% and 1.4 % in private kindergartens in 2013. There was statistical difference in the incidence of dental caries between in 2012（24.86%） and in 2013（28.49%）（x^2 =28.971, P=-0.000）. Conclusions The malnutrition rates of children in public and private kindergarten were higher. So the dietary management, regular dietary analysis and dental caries prevention be strengthened
