| 摘 要： | 探讨ＭＲＩ检测乳腺早期病变的可能性。方法：对１４例患者进行乳房不同轴位和不同层面ＭＲＩ扫描，与乳腺超声灰阶和Ｘ线软片进行比较，以病理为最终诊断依据。结果：１４例患者的１６个乳腺病灶的诊断准确率为９３％。结论：ＭＲＩ在诊断乳腺早期病变多中心瘤灶及乳管内瘤变和显示乳房及胸肌结构方面均具良好的影像学诊断优势。

| Abstract: | Purpose To study the possibility of MRI for earlier stage malignant breast lesions and benign breast diseaes.Methods 14 patients were scanned by MRI,all cases had of mammography B-ultrasound,surgery and pathologic examinations.Results Correct diagnosis rate of 16 lesions in 14 patients with breast disease for benign and malignant was 93%.Conclusion MRI is a better method for diagnosis of earlier breast lesions,multi-focus lesions,mammary tube lesions and to show the structures of mammary and pectoral muscles. |
