高效液相色谱法测定小儿解表颗粒中黄芩苷含量

目的建立测定小儿解表颗粒中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法色谱柱为AgilentZorbaxSB—C18柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸（50：50：1），流速1．0mL／min，检测波长277nm；进样量10此。结果黄芩苷质量浓度在2～100μg／mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9997），平均回收率为98．88％，RSD为1．86％（n=9）。结论所用方法快速、简便、准确，可为小儿解表颗粒的质量控制提供依据。

Determination of Baicalin in Xiaoer Jiebiao Granules by HPLC

Objective To establish the determination method of baicalin in Xiaoer Jiebiao Granules by HPLC. Methods The HPLC method was established to determine the contents of baicalin in Xiaoer Jiebiao Granules on Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column（150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）,by using methanol-water-glacial acetic acid （50：50：1） as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 277 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear range of baicalin was 2- 100 μg/mL（r=0. 999 7）, the mean recovery rate was 98.88% with RSD 1.86% （n=9）. Conclusion The method is fast, convenient and accurate, which can be used to provide reference evidence for the quality control of Xiaoer Jiebiao Granules.
