| 摘 要： | 本文测定了４２例男性高血压病患者及１４例与之年龄接近的正常男性血清性激素水平。结果高血压病组血清雌二醇（Ｅ２）及雌二醇／睾酮（Ｅ２／Ｔ）比值明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），此种变化与年龄无关。两组Ｔ水平相似。Ｅ２与高密度脂蛋白（ＨＤＬ２）呈负相关。提示高血压病患者存在性激素水平变化；此种变化可能在高血压及动脉硬化的发生中起一定作用。

| Abstract: | The concentrations of estradiol(E2),testosterone(T)in serum were mea-sured in 42 male patients with hypertension and 14 nomal male suUucts of similar ages. Itwas found that serum E2 concentration and E2/T ratio in patients with hypertension were sig-nificantly higher than those of nomal subjects(P<0.01).The changes were no relation withages.E2 was negative relativeto HDL2 and positive relative to T.The results suggest thatthe changes of sex hormones perhaps play some roles in the development of arteriosclerosisand hypertension. |
