摘    要:用mini vital全自动血培养系统检测 6 75份血液和体液标本 ,评价全自动血培养系统的临床应用情况。其结果是 6 75份标本共分离到 71株细菌 ,阳性率为 10 .5 % ,最快检出时间为 2h ,2 4h内检出率为 6 7.6 % ,4 8h内检出率为 90 .1% ,71株细菌分布于 2 0个种属 ,假阳性率为 1.4 %。

Abstract:To evaluate the clinical application, 675 blood and body fluid specimen were detected with mini vital full auto blood culture system. The results were that 71 strains of bacteria were separated among 675 specimen, the positive rate is 10.5 %, the shortest test time is 2 hours, and 67.6 % were tested during 24 hours, 90.1 % during 48 hours, and its pseudo positive rate is 1.4 %.
