| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾移植术后并发肺部感染的治疗方法。方法对来我院就诊的南华大学附二医院2003～2007年期间19例肾移植术后肺炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析总结。结果19例肺炎患者经我院采取综合治疗后痊愈16人。死亡3人。查出细菌感染6例，病毒感染4例，真菌感染2例，混合感染7例。结论肾移植术后并发肺部感染者应引起早期重视，积极进行综合性治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the treatment of pulmonary infection in patients after renal transplantation.Methods The clinical data of 19 patients with pulmonary after renal transplantation in The Second Hospital of Nanhua University were retrospectively analysed.Results Among the 19 cases,16 cases were cured and 3 died.The type of pathogens included bacteria(6 cases),virus(4 cases),fungi(2 cases),mixed infection(7 cases).Conclusion Care should be taken for pulmonary infection following renal transplatation.The key... |
