广西巴马长寿地区高龄老人血脂水平分析

目的探讨巴马地区长寿老人的血脂水平特征。方法对广西巴马地区198名年龄在90—111岁的老人抽空腹血检测血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白并测体重。结果巴马长寿老人组的血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、甘油’三酯、高密度脂蛋白和体重与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论低体重和高密度脂蛋白与长寿可能有一定关系。

Investigation on serum lipid level in senile people in the longevity region of Bama,Guangxi

Objective To study the feature of serum lipid level in senile people in the longevity region of Bama,Guangxi.Methods Total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein and body weight were measured among 198 residents aged 90-110 years in Bama,Guangxi and 87 residents aged 75-90 years in Nanning,Guangxi as control.Results The level of total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein and body weight in Bama senile people group were significantly different compared with those in the controls(P<0.05).Conclusions Low body weight and high high-density lipoprotein may play roles in longevity.
