摘    要:转基因食品是指转入由植物、动物或微生物的细胞中提出的基因 ,从而获得某种良好特性的生物所制成的食品。具有增加食品种类、产量和改善食品质量等作用 ,但其对人类及环境的安全性 ,尚不清楚。目前也缺乏得到公认的、可靠的评价系统

Abstract:Gene modified food (GM food) are those with better character after modified by gene from plant,animal or microbial. GM food has advantages such as increasing food category and output, and improving their quality. But whether they are safe to human and environment are yet unclear. Up to present there is not yet any acceptable and reliable assessment system.
