淄博市192例胎儿血6种微量元素含量

对不同胎龄胎儿血，用石墨炉原子吸收测定钴、铬、锰；用火焰原子吸收测定锌、铜；用２，３－二氨基萘荧光法测定硒的含量，发现锌、锰从早妊到中好为逐渐增加，中妊后又逐渐减少；硒、钴、铬基本上随胎龄增长而含量减少：铜随着胎龄增长含量也逐渐增加。该６种微量元素含量，相邻两个月间相比，多为有显著差异和非常显著差异。

Assaying of six Trace elements in felal blood with l92 cases in City Zibo

In this article Six microelenients in felal blood of differential gastational age were assayed:Co、Cr、Mn、Zn、Cu and Se.The author found that Zn was gradual increse from early pregnancy to midtrimester of pregnancy and it was again gradual decreaseafter midtrimester of pregnancy;Se、Co and Cr basically was gradual decrease with gestational age growing;Cu was gradual increasewith gestational age growing,In content comparison between neighbouring two months there was significance of difference(P<0.05 orP<0.01)
