L—赖氨酸锌在犬体内药代动力学实验研究

摘    要:用原子吸收法测定L-赖氨酸锌和硫酸锌在大体内血清锌浓度,用一级动力学和一室模型分析L-赖氨酸锌和硫酸锌的药代动力学基本参数。结果表明,L-赖氨酸锌的血清锌峰浓度、曲线下面积和相对生物利用度都明显优于硫酸锌,其他各参数两组基本相似,说明L-赖氨酸锌是一优于硫酸锌的理想补锌药物。

Abstract:Serum zinc conccntration of zinc L-lysinate and zinc sulfdte in dogs are determintld by Atomic Absorption Spectophomctry.basi parameters of pharmacokinetics of zinc L-lysinate and zinc sulfate are analysed by first order roder reaction kinetics and mod-el of,simple in this paper, The results showed the peak of serum zinc concentration ,the area of peak and relative bioavailability of zinc L-lysinate was supeior to zinc sulfate,other bdsic paramaters was similar to the two groups ,this conclusion explained zinc L -lsinate was a better drug to supply trace elements zinc suprior to zinc sulfate.
