| 摘 要： | 目的：调查推广应用甲肝疫苗的流行病学效果。方法：对甲肝疫苗接种前后10年的发病情况、甲肝疫苗接种率、人群甲肝抗体水平等资料进行比较分析。结果：2002年与1992年相比，人群甲肝抗体水平明显提高，甲肝发病率显著下降，甲肝发病年龄出现后移。结论：接种甲肝疫苗可有效控制甲肝发病，应在全人群推广应用，但应避免无效接种，建议改进免疫程序以提高甲肝疫苗免疫效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the epidemiological effect of hepstitis A vaccine.Methods:Data such as inoculated-rate of hepatitis A vaccine, the crowd antibody standard and the incidence of hepatitis A was collected and these data from 1992 to 2002 were analysed comparatively.Rusults:Compared with 1992, the crowd standard of anti-HAV IgG raised clearly,the incidence of hepatitis A notably descended,and the age suffuring from hepatitis A moved backward.Conclusions:Inoculating hepatitis A vaccine can prevent hepatitis A, we should inoculate hepatitis A vaccine widely in whole crowd, and avoid the inocutation without avail.We suggest improving the immunity procedure,in order to raise the immunity effect of helpatitis A vaccine. |
