碘伏皮肤消毒影响青霉素皮试结果的临床观察

目的：观察碘伏皮肤消毒对青霉素皮试结果的影响。方法：对122例患儿同时进行0．5％碘伏和75％酒精两种消毒液的以试皮肤消毒。在此基础上随机分别对5740例患儿进行酒精消毒后和0．5％碘伏消毒后皮试。结果0．5％碘伏能显降低75％酒精消毒时青霉素皮试假阳性率（P＜0．05），酒精组的假阳性率显高于碘伏组（P＜0．01）。结论：碘伏是更佳的可替代75％酒精的青霉素皮肤消毒液。

Clinical observation of 0.5% iodophor disinfectant in penicillion skin test

Objective To observe the effect of 0.5% iodophor in penicillion skin test. Method Penicillion skin tests of 122 children patients were performed with 0.5 iodophor and 75% alcohol simultaneously. Skin tests of 5740 children patients were also randomly performed with 0.5 iodophor and 75% alcohol respectively. Results 0.5% iodophor decreased the pseudo-positive rate resulting from alcohol by 75% ( P <0.05), and the pseudo-positive rate of the alcohol group was higher than that of the iodophor group ( P <0.01). Conclusion It is suggested that 0.5% iodophor is the more effective disinfectant to substitute for 75% alcohol in penicillin skin test.
