腹腔血β-hCG定性诊断异位妊娠的探讨

目的:探讨以腹腔血β-hCG定性检测诊断异位妊娠的临床应用价值。方法:采用尿试纸法定性检测90例腹腔内 出血患者的腹腔血β-hCG,并与其尿β-hCG定性和血清β-hCG定量分析结果进行比较。结果:在74例异位妊娠中,腹腔血β-hCG 定性法5~10min能出结果,诊断异位妊娠的特异性为100.0％,敏感性为98.5％,准确性为99.0％。与血清β-hCG定量分析结果 基本一致,结合其他辅助方法能快速诊断异位妊娠,明显优于尿β-hCG定性检查。结论:对腹腔内出血患者采用腹腔血β-hCG定 性检测,能方便、快速和准确地诊断异位妊娠。

The diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by β-hCG qualitative analysis in serum of abdomen cavity in intra-abdominal hemorrhage patients

Objective: To explore the diagnosis value of ectopic pregnancy by β-hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) qualitative analysis serum of abdomen cavity in 90 cases of intra-abdominal hemorrhage patients. Methods: The B-qualitative analysis in serum of intra-abdominal hemorrhage was done by urine testpaper in 90 cases. The results were compared with urine β-hCG qualitative analysis and serum β-hCG quantity analysis by radioactive immunity assay. Results: In 74 cases of ectopic pregnancy, the specificity, sensitivity and accuracy in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by β-hCG qualitative analysis in serum of abdomen cavity were 100%, 98.5%, 99. 0% respectively, was similar to serum β-hCG quantity analysis and higher than urine β-hCG qualitative test. Using β-hCG qualitative analysis in serum of abdomen cavity and with other assistant methods could accurately diagnosis ectopic pregnancy in minutes. Conclusion: The β-hCG qualitative analysis in serum of abdomen cavity of intra-abdominal hemorrhage patients could convenience, quickly and accurately diagnosis ectopic pregnancy. This method is fast and simple. It can be widely used in clinic emergency treatment.
