摘    要:目的:通过实施护士长持续质量查房,提高护理质量和病人满意度。方法:将护士长定期质量查房改为每天质量查房。各病区护士长每天必须对所管病区进行2次质量查房,分为上、下午,根据病区特点有所侧重,重点是重病人、手术后及新入院病人。在病人出院时发放调查表,分析护理工作中存在的问题。结果:实施护士长每天质量查房后,护理质量明显提高,病人对护理工作的满意度显著提高。结论:实施护士长每天质量查房是提高护理质量和病人满意度的关键环节。

Abstract:Objective: To improve quality of nursing and patient satisfactory through making head nurse quality ward rounds. Methods: Turn periodic head nurse quality ward rounds into daily ones. The ward rounds must be done twice a day in the morning and afternoon respectively and focus on different points according to the characteristics of different wards. The severe patients, post-operation patients and new patients were given more attention to. Questionnaire was filled by patients before they left the hospital to analyze the problems in nursing service. Results: The quality of nursing and patient satisfactory were improved greatly after the carrying out of daily head nurse quality ward rounds. Conclusion: The daily head nurse quality ward round is key to improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfactory.
