胎儿畸形的超声显像诊断

本文报告了11类、64例胎儿畸形的超声显像诊断资料,并全部由临床资料证实。结合文献,对其声像图特点进行了探讨。其中有16例同时存在两种以上畸形。本文资料表明:超声显像不仅能够观察胎儿体表的畸形,而且也能观察胎儿内部器官的异常,如肾脏、胃肠道的发育异常等。但对一些小的畸形,如唇腭裂、肢体的异常、先天性心脏病等,超声显像很不理想。尽管如此,超声显像仍为检查胎儿畸形的敏感的方法,应当列为产前的一项常规检查。

ULTRASONOGRAPHIC DIAGNOSIS OF FETAL MALFORMATION

In this paper, 64-cases of fetal malformation diagnosed by ultrasonography were studied, which were classified into 11 types All of the diagnoses were confirmed by the clinical data. Echographic features of fetal malformation were studied. Two kinds of the malformation or more occurred in 16 cases. The results show that ultrasonography is available not only to observe the malformation of the fetal surface, but also to detect structural abnormality of the internal organs, such as kidneys and gastrointestine. It is of little value for the smaller forms of deformity, such as harelip, cleft palate, limb malformation and congenital heart diseases. The conclusion is that ultrasonography is an effective method in diagnosing fetal malformation, and it should be used as a prepartal routine examination.
