中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡36例疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：70例经胃镜确诊的消化性溃疡活动期患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组。对照组34例患者单用法莫替丁治疗,治疗组36例在对照组基础上给予自拟中药胃安汤加减辨证治疗。结果：治疗组治愈31例（86.11%）,好转4例（11.11%）,无效1例（2.78%）,总有效率97.22%;对照组治愈21例（61.76%）,好转6例（17.65%）,无效7例（20.59%）,总有效率79.41%。两组治愈率及总有效率比较,具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。1年后随访,两组复发率比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡疗效显著,复发率低,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Observation of Therapeutic Effects on 36 Cases of Digestive Ulceration Treated with Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective：To observe clinical therapeutic effect on digestive ulceration treated with integrative Chinese and western medicine. Methods：70 cases of digestive ulceration at active stage diagnosed by gastroscopy were randomized into treatment and control groups. 34 cases in control group were administered singly famotidine. 36 cases in treatment group were administered modified weiantang of Chinese herbal medicine in light of differentiation of syndrome on the basis of the basic therapy as control group. Results：In treatment group,31 cases（86.11%）were cured,4 cases（11.11%）improved and 1 ease（2.7%）failed. The total effective rate was 97.22%. In control group,21 cases （61.76% ）were cured,6 cases（17.65%） improved and 7 cases（20.59%）failed. The total effective rate was 79.41%. With comparison of two groups,significant differences were presented in curative rate,total effective rate and the rate of reoccurrence（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Integrative Chinese and western medicine displays significant therapeutic effect on digestive ulceration, presenting low rate of reoccurrence and no apparent adverse response. It is worth to be promoted in clinic.
