| 摘 要： | 外伤性基底节区损害是颅脑外伤巾较为少见的类型,主要为颅脑外伤后基底节区域的结构与功能的异常。基底节损伤后的常见病理改变有外伤性基底节出血和外伤性基底节缺血。由于影像学的进展,其正确诊断率近年来有增高的趋势。本文对外伤性基底节损害的流行病学、分类、临床表现、发生机制及治疗、预后等进行文献综述。

| Abstract: | Traumatic basal ganglia lesion is a relatively rare pathological change after head trauma, including posttraumatic constructional and functional abnormality. The main pathological changes in basal ganglia region are traumatic basal ganglia hemorrhage (TBGH) and traumatic basal ganglia ischemia (TBGI). The frequent, affirmative diagnosis of traumatic basal ganglia lesion attributes to the recent development of neuro-radiology. This review, focusing on its epidemiology, clinical manifestations, pathophysiologic mechanism, management and prpgmpsos, aims to updating our knowledge of the post-traumatic basal ganglia lesion. |
