| 摘 要： | 目的 总结群体瓦斯爆炸烧伤伤员特点及救治经验。方法 分析35例瓦斯爆炸烧伤伤员病情变化、伤情特点和治疗重点。结果 治愈34例（93．33％），死亡1例，死亡率2．8％。结论 掌握瓦斯爆炸烧伤特点并及早处理休克和感染等危及生命的并发症是成功救治的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the characteristics of severely burned patients after mass gas explosion casualties,and to sum up the therapeutic experience for these patients.Methods Thirty-five burned cases by gas explosion were analyzed in terms of the wound characteristics and therapeutics methods.Results Of the 35 cases,34 cases(93.33%) cured,1 died,and the mortality was 2.8%.Conclusion To recognize the characteristics of the severely burned wound elicited by mass gas explosion and early management of complications such as shock,infection,etc are crucial for successful therapeutic results. |
