国产多西紫杉醇联合顺铂在晚期非小细胞肺癌中的应用

目的观察国产多西紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)的近期疗效和不良反应。方法采用DP方案化疗:多帕菲75mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1天;顺铂75mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1天;21d为1个周期。至少使用2个周期评价疗效。结果70例中CR2例,PR29例,SD36例,PD3例,总有效率为44.3%。中位TTP6.3个月,中位生存期10.1个月,1年生存率38.6%。不良反应主要为骨髓抑制、脱发和消化系统反应,骨髓抑制为剂量限制性毒性,其中白细胞减少占75.7%。结论国产多西紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期NSCLC近期疗效较好,毒不良反应较轻,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Combined domestic docetaxel and cisplatin in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of domestic docetaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods A total of 70 patients with advanced NSCLC received domestic docetaxel 75 mg/m2 and cisplatin 75 mg/m2 on day 1.Repeated every 3 weeks.Efficacy and toxicity were recorded in every 2 cycles.Results 70 patients were evaluated.The response rate was 44.3%.Median disease developing time,median survival time and 1-year survival rates were 6.3 months,10.1 months and 38.6%.The main toxicities included myelosuppression,alopecia and vomiting.Myelosuppression was dose-limiting toxicity and hypolekocytosis was 75.7%.Conclusion Domestic docetaxel plus cisplatin regimen is an effective and well-tolerated treatment in patients with NSCLC.
