| 摘 要： | 目的探讨特制人工肱骨头假体置换治疗成人肱骨上端骨肿瘤的临床价值。方法对8例肱骨上端骨肿瘤患者，个体化人工肱骨假体实施置换。结果经8—51个月随访，6例患者关节功能恢复满意，2例早期发现骨关节囊有松弛倾向，术后经过6个月功能锻炼得以稳固。结论成人肱骨上端骨肿瘤，特制人工肱骨头假体置换能达到保留肢体，术后肩关节功能恢复效果较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of the treatment of proximal humerus tumor with individualized artificial humerus head replacement. Methods 8 cases of proximal humerus tumor were treated with individualized artificial humerus head replacement. Results 8 cases were followed up for 8 ~ 51 months. Shoulder joint function was restored satisfactorily in 6 cases. Capsule relaxation was found in 2 cases, and was restored after exercises for 6 months. Conclusions To the adult proximal humerus tumor, it can restore good shoulder function by limb-salvage with individualized artificial humerus head replacement. |
