| 摘 要： | 目的 评价平阳霉素碘油乳剂局部注射治疗体表静脉畸形的疗效。方法 对12例体表静脉畸形（颜面部9例、躯干2例、肢体1例）经直接穿刺造影确诊后行平阳霉素碘油乳剂腔内注射，观察静脉畸形大小变化及并发症发生情况。结果 治疗后疗效优者5例，疗效良者7例。未见皮肤坏死和异位栓塞等严重并发症发生。结论 体表静脉畸形以平阳霉素碘油乳剂腔内注射可取得较好疗效，技术操作上简便、安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of local injection with pingyangmycin lipiodol emulsion(PLE) to treat superficial venous malformations(VM). Methods 12 cases of VMs,including 9 in maxillofacial region,2 of trunk, 1 on limb, were injected with PLE after diagnosed by direct puncture angiography.The size of VMs before and after PLE injection as well as complications were observed. Results The efficacy showed that 5 cases were good and 7 cases were fine after PLE injection. There was no severe complication such as necrosis of skin or abnormal embolization occurred. Conclusions PLE direct puncture injection to treat VMs is convenient, safe and also quite efficient. |
