青岛市综合医院医务人员社会支持与生命质量相关性研究

目的探讨青岛市医务人员社会支持和生命质量状况及两者的相关性。方法采用随机分层抽样的方法,于2014年1—6月对青岛市761名医务人员进行《社会支持评定量表》和《生活质量综合评定量表(GQOLI-74)问卷》调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果医生客观支持维度得分低于职能部门人员(P<0.05);护士客观支持维度得分低于职能部门人员和医技人员(P<0.05),支持利用度维度得分高于医生(P<0.01)。医生、护士心理功能、社会功能维度得分和主观满意总分及生命质量总分均低于职能部门人员(P<0.05);医生和职能部门人员客观评价总分高于护士、医技人员(P<0.05)。社会支持各维度与生命质量中躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及生命质量总分呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。社会支持总分对生命质量有正向预测作用。结论不同岗位医务人员的社会支持和生命质量特点各不相同,社会支持度影响医务人员的生命质量,应提高医务人员社会支持,以改善其生命质量。

Research on the Correlation between Social Support and Quality of Life of Medical Staff in Qingdao General Hospital

Objective To explore the relationship between social support and life quality of medical workers in Qingdao.Methods 761 medical workers in Qingdao were surveyed by random stratified sampling from January to June 2014 on social support rating scale and GQOLI-74 questionnaire,and their correlation was analyzed.Results The score of objective support dimension of doctors was lower than that of functional departments(P<0.05).The score of objective support dimension of nurses was lower than that of functional departments and medical technicians(P<0.05),and the score of support utilization dimension was higher than that of doctors(P<0.01).The scores of psychological function,social function,subjective satisfaction and quality of life of doctors and nurses were all lower than those of functional departments(P<0.05).The total score of objective evaluation of doctors and functional personnel was higher than that of nurses and medical technicians(P<0.05).Each dimension of social support was positively correlated with the total score of physical function,psychological function,social function and quality of life in quality of life(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The total score of social support can positively predict the quality of life.Conclusion The characteristics of social support and quality of life of medical staff in different positions are different,and the quality of life of medical staff was affected by social support.Social support for medical personnel should be enhanced to improve their quality of life.
