| 摘 要： | 目的总结Snodgrass术式及其改良手术在修复小儿尿道下裂中的经验和体会。方法对25例采用改良Snodgrass术式行一期修复手术的小儿尿道下裂进行回顾分析。结果术后随访2月至4年。21例一期治愈；3例出现尿瘘（12％），经尿瘘修补手术后治愈；2例出现尿道狭窄，经扩张尿道治疗后症愈（8％）。结论改良Snodgrass术式操作简单、疗效确切、并发症少，适用治疗于阴茎体型和冠状沟型尿道下裂。

| Abstract: | Objective To review the efficacy of modified SnodgTass procedures in repair of hypospadias. Methods 25 children with hypospadias were treated with one - stage urethroplasty using modified SnodgTass operation , the records were reviewed. Results Patients were followed - up for 2 months to 4 years. 21 cases were successful ; 3 developed fistula , and recovered after a second operation ; 2 developed urethra stricture and was cured after urethra dilation. Conclusion Modified SnodgTass technique is effective ,easy, safe and pretty. The outcomes are good in distal and proximal hypospadias. |
