| 摘 要： | 阴道乳酸杆菌是健康妇女阴道中的优势菌群,可以通过产生乳酸、H2O2、细菌素而对条件致病菌有拮抗作用,保护机体免受致病菌的侵袭,对于维持阴道微生态平衡具有重要作用。近年研究显示,阴道乳杆菌制剂对各类阴道炎都有抑制作用,且安全、无毒、副作用,应用前景广泛。

| Abstract: | Vaginal lactobacillus is a dominant microbial population in healthy women′s vagina.,which has antagonistic action on conditional pathogen by producing lactic acid,H202 and bacteriocin and can prevent organism from harmful bacteria′s invasion.Meanwhile,it plays an important role in keeping microecosystem counterpoise.In recent years,the researches showed that Lemonals has inhibition effect on all kinds of vaginitis with safty and without poisonous ans side-effect,which has a wide application future. |
