| 摘 要： | 目的观察国产去甲长春花碱(盖诺)与顺铂联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效.方法 NP方案第1、8 天盖诺25 mg/m2、第1 ～ 3 天加顺铂40～50 mg 治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌24例.结果 CR 1例,PR 15例,SD 11例,PD 9 例,总有效率为44.4%.初治有效率为56.7%,复治有效率为30.8%.主要毒副作用为白细胞减少.结论盖诺与顺铂联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效确切,易于耐受,可作为晚期非小细胞肺癌的首选方案.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of vinorelbine(NVB) and cisplatin(DDP) on advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 36 cases of advanced non-cell lung cancer were treated with NVB 25mg/m 2 iv for day l and 8,and DDP 40-50 mg ivdrip for day 1 to 3.Results Complete response in 1 patient and partial response in 15 patients were observed with an overall response rate of 44.4%.There were no changes in 11 patients and 9 patients disease was progressive.The main toxicity is leucopenia,nausea,and vomiting.Conclusion NVB plus DDP is effective in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer,the toxicity is relatively light and liable to be well tolerated. |
