| 摘 要： | 目的通过实验观察化痰五味散对慢性支气管炎模型的作用。方法采用豚鼠组胺引喘实验、豚鼠离体气管条实验、小鼠二氧化硫引咳实验及抗炎实验，对化痰五味散的平喘、止咳、抗炎作用进行实验研究。结果化痰五味散可明显延长引喘潜伏期，对组胺引起的豚鼠离体气管条收缩具有较好的抑制作用，明显延长二氧化硫所致小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期，具有改善慢性支气管炎性病变的作用。结论化痰五味散具有明显平喘、止咳、抗炎作用，可用于慢性支气管炎的治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of expectorant Wuwei pulvis on chronic bronchitis.
