对加强中医传统学科建设问题的思考

通过对中医传统学科概念和主要特点进行界定和概述,分析了中医传统学科建设中内外驱动力、新学科目录影响、队伍建设、理论研究、学术交流、经费、临床基地、评价激励机制等方面存在的问题,从改善外部环境、队伍建设、研究基地建设、高层次人才的培养、评价与激励制度、学术交流等方面提出了加强中医传统学科建设的设想。

Consideration on strengthening construction of traditional subjects of Chinese medicine

By defining and summarizing concepts and main characteristics of traditional subjects of Chinese medicine, this paper analyzed problems in the following aspects of inside and outside impetus for subject construction, influence of new subject catalog, team building, research base construction, academic exchange, outlay, clinical base and evaluation system. Suggestions are made for enhancement of subject construction from aspects of improving outside environment, team building, research base building, high level professional training, evaluation system, and academic exchange etc.
