舒适护理在糖尿病患者护理中的实践初探

目的 探讨对舒适护理在糖尿病患者护理中的实践进行研究分析.方法 选取该院在2012年6月-2014年5月收治的64例糖尿病患者,并按照患者护理方法将其分为治疗组（采用舒适护理措施进行护理）和对照组（采用常规临床护理措施进行护理）,均为32例,对比两组患者对护理总满意度.结果 治疗组患者护理效果优良率高达96.88％同对照组患者的78.13％相比,有一定优势,差异有统计学意义P＜0.05.结论 糖尿病患者护理中舒适护理具有良好作用,对患者临床症状及生活质量具有良好改善作用.

Investigation on the Application of Comfortable Nursing in the Nursing for Patients with Diabetes

Objective To study and analyze the application of comfortable nursing in the nursing for patients with diabetes. Methods 64 cases with diabetes admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into the treatment group （comfortable nursing measures were used to care） and the control group （routine clinical nursing measures were adopted to care） with 32 cases in each. And the total nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients was compared. Results The excellent and good rate of nursing effect of the treatment group was as high as 96.88%, which had certain advantages as compared to 78.13% of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Comfortable nursing applied to the nursing for patients with diabetes has a good effect on improving the clinical symptoms and quality of life of the patients.
